I called the hotel to let them know my flight was delayed, Nicole told me no problem, just call when I needed to be picked up! I called at 10:15, and the two people on the phone said it was too late! So I had to scramble to get an Uber at 10:15 to the hotel!! Not a happy camper 😡

The staff was very accommodating with changing the room because the tv was not operable. Changed without delay or hesitation. Truly appreciate that. It’s always a pleasure to stay at Best-West Madison! I suggest everyone to stay there when asked for a place to stay in the Huntsville/Madison with the BEST breakfast in the area!
