Room was big & clean. Breakfast was hearty. Staff very friendly. Location convenient to interstate access, downtown & Space Center. Breezeways outside of rooms vs. interior hallways did seem to allow for voices etc. to carry into my room pretty loudly. But, this was only a problem 1 night out of 3.

The staff were great. The rooms seem a bit run down. We stayed here a couple years ago and everything was in much better shape. It seems like the staff are doing everything they can with what they have. We would return if there were some renovations done including replacing the furniture aside from the bed.

Completely different than photos. Carpet in hallways were dirty and stain. Bedroom carpet didn’t feel very clean. Shower and tub were dirty, faucet was broken. Towel rack came apart as soon as we took towels off rack. I complaint to the front desk and they were able to fix faucet and towel rack. I didn’t have hot water for 2 out of 3 days stay. Told front desk about it twice but issue was not resolved. Overall, very disappointed with this hotel.
