I can only give this hotel 3 stars. The hotel and staff were terrific. But at the end of the day, I got the hotel room to sleep. The mattresses were torture devices and the pillows and the pillows collapsed completely flat the moment my head hit them. My entire body hurt each morning. The hotel needs to look into a change.

Convenient location of stay

My family and I stayed here for a conference at the Von Braun Center. The location was great! It was easy to get to the arena, and we didn't even have to move our car for the event. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was included. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
