Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, the service at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. My room was spotless and well-appointed, providing a perfect space to relax after a long day. Every member of the staff was warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. A special shoutout goes to Betty in the breakfast room, who went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt valued and cared for. Her attention to detail and personalized service created a customer experience unlike any I’ve had at any other hotel. Even the housekeeping staff stood out — they were friendly, professional, and always accommodating with any requests. This hotel has truly raised the bar for hospitality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended.
