Disliked: Cleanliness
The hotel didn't have my reservation
I ended up having to call VRBO as the hotel couldn't find my location, took a while for VRBO to get information and then issue a refund that won't arrive for 3 to 5 business days while I still had to find other arrangements for the night last minute.
