This is a new property in a resident stay format. There’s plenty of space, a very nice kitchen and large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. We liked everythijf about it. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Property is fairly new, our room was clean. The only thing in the area is Subway and two gas stations.

Check-in was horrible. Room was not ready and we had to wait for an hour. Once inside the room we noticed that housekeeping did a rush job and had to reclean the room. Food on countertops, trash on floors! Walls are paper thin. Residents were outside in the patio area all night playing ping pong! No rest at all! Some people got locked out of the room. Front desk closes early. Don’t do it!!

The unit was spacious, and pets are welcome. They even had a bowl of dog treats at the door. The hotel opened July 2024, and everything in the unit was new and sparkling clean. The personnel were all friendly and very accommodating. Down side is there is not much around the hotel. Walmart Superstore is about 15 minutes away. The unit had a full kitchen, so we bought groceries there and ate in the unit. They do have free coffee in the lobby every morning and it was very good.

I had a water sprinkler system leaked on me all night. Then you put me into another room that you can hear everybody talk. And then around the window frame going outside you can see light coming in. Then two guys talking loud and everything drinking until the middle of the night. Just outside my room. And nobody there to help you. Cuz nobody wants to work there at night.

We’re very impressed with this hotel. It’s like staying in a small apartment. It seems to be relatively new, and it is very clean. I hope they manage upkeep well, because this place is a gem for the price. Beds are super comfy, everything works. They have a resident employee who takes care of guests after the front desk is closed. Check in was a breeze, cause the staff called us with instructions instead of us having to call someone to figure out what to do. Amazing all around.

This is an excellent property. The only negative is the lack of transparency regarding availability of service for check-in. We had no idea that the front desk closes at 5 pm on a Saturday and we arrived around 6. Had no idea of how to check in, even with the general posted instructions. I tried calling the emergency service number, no response, I finally did figure out the fact that my key was in a safebox. With such unusual (to me) hours it should be pointed out more clearly upfront that hours are 'very' limited for live check-in, and give clearer more direct instruction as to how to self-checkin.
