TVs in both rooms as well as a desktop computer. No need to worry about the neighbors as there are only some across the street.

The property/ neighborhood was very quiet. The property has a very tall fence for privacy. There was plenty of room for parking, turning around. We needed to reach the host for a minor issue which was quickly resolved.
