Why is the Quinta still using little bottles for shampoo instead of containers on the shower wall. Too much plastic and styrafoam plates and plastic cups.

The convenience in relation to the business we were attending to was a major factor. We enjoy this location. The breakfast items seemed to be of a lower quality than previous stays at this same location. Our keys had to be reset on our second to the last day of our stay. This is the second time this happened at this same location.

The hotel was great, everything was very clean. We had breakfast and it was great. The only con was that the WiFi and reception were horrible anywhere in the hotel.

Property was very nice and I had a great experience. The only thing I would say is that they need to add a privacy lock on the bathroom door, ensure that door is working properly as mine was not, and the handle was broken. The mini refrigerator in the room was not very cold at all and it did not have a freezer section that worked. Therefore, I could not put my ice pack to freeze to help me continue with my travel, keeping my water cold. Otherwise, the breakfast was good and the staff were awesome!
