Excellent location, very friendly(if not enough) staff, food v.good, response to dead and broken room safe slow to resolve, no response to request for non-slip bathmat (both clients 70 ), non-functioning basin plug, empty (3 days) shampoo dispenser. This is nowhere near being a 5 star hotel. Not even a mini bar and amenities in the room. The decor is 20 years old at least. For over 400$ per night you get the quality of a 3 star. Just an old school American hotel chain. Not bad not good.
