The first photo used is misleading, it's not the hotel but a view from oneside of the hotel. This hotel is okay, but overpriced. There was nothing superior about the superior room, rubbish iron, no water, instant coffee and one tea bag. Tired, think, pointless towels that do nothing. Don't waste your time or money here. Positives, bed was comfy and good location.

The area is right in front of the Planetarium and close to the Strassenbahn and Central Station. However, they need to have more front desk workers with the amount of customers they have, which is evident during breakfast where everyone converges all at once.

Great hotel overall, great value for money
Was good, we upgraded when we got there to the king-size room. Was very good and would recommend, lovely views of the canal nearby which was amazing. The Breakfast I would recommend but was very busy at all times besides before 7am. Had to pay for bag storage whilst we explored the city on checkout day. We've seen them do bag storage for free for the tour groups that came in and out. I don't think I saw anyone at the bar so wasn't able to get a drink when we wanted. Overall I would recommend and if I stayed in Copenhagen I would struggle for a better hotel so close to the city centre for the price

What was missing-room tissues, refrigerator, daily room cleaning unless you requested before 11 pm every night. Very small room with 1 bed with no storage drawers. No shelving in bathroom. Toilet wouldn’t stop flushing but it was not fixed until 8 hours later.

Great hotel for the value
The room was a bit small but the bed was comfortable. The curtain was damaged but I didn’t bother complain. They had a great breakfast and the staff was super accommodating overall. We were able to park for free which is unheard of.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (4 persone in totale) per 4 notti in una Junior Suite al piano 13. Avevamo un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto divisi in due ambienti aventi due televisori ciascuno. Ambiente spazioso e comodo, peccato per la mancanza inaccettabile di un frigobar e una pulizia scarsissima (abbiamo trovato polvere , bottigliette d’acqua usate da altri sotto al divano letto e addirittura una caramella gommosa. Altra nota negativa è il bagno con una porta a vetro opaca avente delle fessure ai lati che riducono notevoltmente la privacy. Abbiamo inoltre trovato una macchia disgustosa sul coprimaterasso e sul lenzuolo che lo ricopriva e non ci è stato cambiato nemmeno dopo il servizio delle pulizie. Dopo aver fatto nuovamente richiesta il personale è stato molto cortese da cambiarci direttamente la stanza. Questa diciamo la vera nota positiva del nostro soggiorno insieme alla colazione abbondante e di buona qualità con un servizio molto cordiale. Purtroppo non tornerei solo per la mancanza di pulizia e igienizzazione delle camere (anche l’altra non era accettabile a livello di pulizia). Buona la posizione per chi vuole visitare i giardini di Tivoli e la via centrale dello shopping. Positivo il servizio Biciclette a noleggio così come il servizio di noleggio ombrelli. Hall spaziosa e comoda, palestra funzionante e bagni al piano terra puliti e ben curati.
