シャワーでお湯がでない。出ないことを伝えても「15分出しっぱなしにすれば出る」と。その通りにしても出ないので、再度苦情を言ったら「今日は電気工事をしているから全室お湯は出ない」との回答。つまり最初の答えが嘘。 レストランでドリンクを注文しようとメニューを依頼しても「水以外ドリンクはない」と。仕方なく水を注文するも隣のテーブルにジュースが運ばれるのでクレームを言ったら「ジュースがあるかは聞かれていない」と開き直った回答。 スタッフからは終止「面倒なことは一切したくない」という姿勢を感じた。 もちろん二度と泊まりません。
