Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Objekt war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht! Einzig der Rasensprenger und damit ständig nasser Rasen beim Ein- und Ausgehen von Wohnung und Sitzgruppe war etwas störend und das Silikon in dem Bad sollte demnächst erneuert werden, denn da war etwas Schimmel! Alles in allem sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut erholt 👍 und das Silikon in den badfugen sollte

Calme et près de la plage
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet appartement avec vue sur la mer depuis sa terrase et son jardin au calme. Un vrai bonheur ! Seul bémol : Nous étions déçus de trouver un lit de 140cm au lieu d'un 160 cm comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Sinon à recommander !

Urlaub am Meer zum moderaten Preis
Die Lage auf der Halbinsel Giens ist gut, weil man zu Fuss den nächsten kleinen Strand (Sand und Kies) in 15 Min. erreichen kann, mit dem Auto kommt man zu den Stränden in La Badine und La Capte. Der sentier littoral ist ebenfalls vom Haus aus zu begehen und bietet traumhafte Blicke über die Buchten. Die Wohnung ist modern und clean eingerichtet, Zubehör wie Töpfe, Besteck und Geschirr ist genau in richtiger Menge vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einem Neubaugebiet sehr ruhig gelegen, der Abstand zu den nächsten Nachbarn ist gross. Der freie Meerblick, den das eine Foto suggeriert, ist durch neugebaute Häuser etwas verstellt, aber trotzdem vorhanden. Angenehm ist, dass man den eigenen Pkw innerhalb eines verschließbaren Gartentors ohne Sorge abstellen kann. Die nächsten kleinen Restaurants und auch eine Möglichkeit zum Baguetteholen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die kleinen Einschränkungen: Ein 140 cm-Bett für zwei Personen ist doch sehr eng, auch wenn das in Frankreich wohl so üblich ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain einer großen Villa und ist hellhörig in bezug auf die darüberliegende (Luxus-)Wohnung ist. Achtung, morgens um 7.15 beginnt der Rasensprenkler, dann sollte man keine Wäsche draussen stehen haben. Der Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse ist schattig und im Sommer sehr angenehm, allerdings die Treppe aus dem Appartement etwas unbequem und bei Nässe (s.o.) rutschig. Der moderate Preis gleicht diese kleinen Mankos aber wieder aus.

Un petit coin de paradis
Emplacement parfait pour la vue, et pour visiter la presqu'ile de Giens dans tous les sens. L'appartement dans la maison est tous beau, tout neuf et parfaitement climatisé. Petite terrasse dans le jardin pour diners et apéros, grande pelouse pour que les enfants puissent courir. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et attentionnés pour facilité le séjour. Place de parking dans la propriété. Je recommande chaleureusement

Modernes Appartement in La Madrague
Tolle Kūstenwanderungen rund um die Halbinsel direkt vom Haus aus sind möglich, ohne das Auto benutzen zu müssen. Bademöglichkeit ganz in der Nähe. Die schöne chice Wohnung war im Souterrain, aber mit schattigem Sitzplatz im Garten mit Blick aufs Meer. Nur das Wifi war extrem schwach. Besonders entspannend war die südliche, leichte Atmosphäre der ganzen Gegend.

Ruhig, erholsam und tolle Strände und Buchten
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhig, mit Garten, Terrasse und Meerblick. Es gibt zahlreiche Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten von der Halbinsel aus. Jean Jaques war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Modern well equipped flat
The flat is really nice, with an own big garden, situated in an attractive surrounding which is very calm. Everything was clean and very modern. Check in and out was very easy. Mr. Rolland is a very kind and caring landlord. Only note: the shown picture with the seaview should be changed due to the new houses in front of the garden.

Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines modernen Hauses in toller Lage mit Meerblick oberhalb von La Madrague. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ruhige Lage des Objekts durch einen sehr wenig befahrenen Zufahrtsweg. Parkplatz für 2 Fahrzeuge vorhanden. Der Eigentümer war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
