The upstairs of a semi-detached house located in the Ukkohalla tourism centre, 75 m², built in 1990, renovated in 2000, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, sauna, shower room, 2 separate toilets, balcony, terrace, fireplace, 1 bag of firewood, a double bed in the bedroom downstairs, upstairs 4 beds in one bed room and two beds in other bed room, a sofa-bed in the living room.
Pet allowed. Please order final cleaning if you have pet with you.
Includes 2 ski tickets winter 2024-2025. Rowing boat in shared use among A and B apartments. 3 pieces lifejacket
Ukkohalla: Tourism centre located by Lake Syväjärvi, with an information centre, store, restaurant, spa, slope centre, snowmobile tracks, ski tracks, programme services, Cable Wakeboard, beach (further information at www.ukkohalla.fi). Disatnce to the Ukkohalla services 0.7 km. Kajaani airport 86 km, Oulu 170 km, Helsinki 650 km, bus stop Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station Kontiomäki 66 km. Pets prohibited, beautiful view over the slopes and Lake Syväjärvi.
Cottage is available at 4.00pm on arriving day - till 12.00 on departure day.
