The room was good, just too small. The staff was very helpful and the services was very good. The locations is excellent. It is located near the train station. And the convenient store nearby. Also, the breakfast was delicious and great value.

The hotels staff were amazing and friendly the only downside is the rooms were small but that seems to be the going trend here in Tokyo.

Great location but not the value expected
VERY expensive for the area and was nothing special. The front desk was a mix of rude to good service. I used google translate to check in since no-one spoke english. The typical tiny room had a western bathroom with a (toilet only) door that opened up and hit the bed...the bathroom didn't have a fan...The shower had a separate door entry and the sink was in the main sleeping area. The room came with breakfast, but it smelled horrible and we did not partake in that food, even if it was free. This was the most expensive hotel of our four week stay in Japan and it was not worth the money. The restaurant described as on-site was hosting a private party and not open for dinner the night we arrived so count on convenience store food and train station vending machines for meals - there are no shops or other restaurants nearby. It was literally just outside the train station and two train stops from Disneyland, so I'd give it a high rating for convenience. Lesson learned: Had we known how poor a value it was, we would have stayed in downtown Tokyo (for less money and access to restaurants) and taken the longer train ride to Disneyland. It's a great place for families with small kids that need to be carried because of it's close proximity to Disneyland and being just outside the train station.

This is an excellent location for anyone visiting the Tokyo Disneyland resort. It's ¥170 and two stops away with breakfast included or the option of two convenience stores located within. The only unexplainable issue I had was I returned home to find my door was left propped open by the cleaning staff. I returned at 10 PM and have no idea how long it was propped allowing access to anyone. Note: No items appeared to be missing but a bit concerning to know anyone could've toured my room without consent.

Great location for Tokyo disney. Literally steps from the train station is also a plus. Not much else around but lots to do 1 train stop over. Lawson’s is great for a midnight snack.

Only one or two staff could feel comfortable to speak English in full sentences. Right next to Keyo JR line; but should take local train since it is a small station.

Convenient Budget hotel for visiting Disney Parks
Great convenient location for access to Disney Parks. Hotel is connected to the JR train station and Lawson's Convenient Store. Tiny room standard for Tokyo but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Its about a 30 min ride to Tokyo Station.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast is not western style so in the future I wouldn’t purchase this option. It was a very tiny buffet but great quality and a nice staff working in the restaurant.

3 day stay
The staff was more than helpful. The Clark Masashi Yamani (John) went above and beyond assisting us. He was kind and attentive. Breakfast was Asia style. Rooms were very clean. The public transportation system was literally a few steps away. If traveling on the metro be advised that it gets packed!
