Everything was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. The lady in charge of breakfast was really on top of everything. Booth were cleaned as soon as someone left, Food was kept near and tidy. We will be staying here again when we come to idaho falls.

The property was dirty upon arriving. The front desk person was nice and helpful. However, the entrance to the building where our room was unfortunately, was filthy. When we entered the room we noticed the place was a bit dirty and the bathroom had lots of tiny hairs. I also used the gym facility I give the gym a 3/10 most of the equipment is old and dosen't work. It was super hot in there they didn't have a fan in there too.

Beautiful view of the river. We had a balcony on the riverside and it had amazing views. The bartender at the lounge was friendly and made great drinks. The free breakfast was so good. It wasn't a buffet, but actually had a menu with made to order choices. We have stayed at another hotel by the mall for years but it was too expensive this time, so we gave the Shilo a try and we are so glad we did. This will be where we stay from now on when visiting family in the area.

The staff are wonderful! The property looks tired and needs some TLC.But the rooms are nice. There was a stain on the bed blanket but other than that the room was great.

Staff was very nice and understanding of our frustration. Rooms were not clean - bathroom full of long black hair, pool and hot tub out of service. While a hot breakfast was offered, it was not a buffet and it was very limited. Pictures online are definitely photo enhanced because not a single part of the motel looked this nice. Soda vending machines are a joke! Displays a 2.00 price and says that is a .10 cent discount for cash so you would figure the card would be $2.10, but then scan the card and price jumps to $3.00, and don't even think of using apple pay as that was $6.20 for a bottle of water! Will never stay again or recommend it to anyone either. Yes, I do understand that "accudents happen" with pools and such but at least attempt to send an email to upcoming reservationists to let them know so we have options.

Hotel is unkept, extremely dirty, not friendly front counter service, woman hung up on me when I was asking about a shuttle service. Room was extremely unsanitary, other human hair in the bed, white substance on the couch, apparent butt print on the couch, white substance on the bathroom door. Tub and shower was unsanitary, with unidentified substance in tub, the sliding glass door did not lock and the deck outside was extremely dirty. Bar in the hotel, was very loud- NOT family friendly at all.
