Hot and moldy smelling. The room had a dirty shower curtain looked like it was there since the 1800 hundreds. Couch in room was dirty and stained. Bed was lumpy mattress. Feeling like I got ripped off for the price I paid. Room had limited amenities.

This place is way overpriced for what the acual building has to offer, a Motel 6, and a Local Lodge offers way better commodities and cleanliness. The place is outdated, The Ac blows Humid air, the place smells like wet dog and we were only able to stay there a night. Never staying there again or recommending this place for anything specially if you’re traveling with family. Not to mention everything is falling apart and the water drains are green.

This hotel could be great if it was cleaned!!! Our rooms were FILTHY!!!!! Ice bucket had used Q-tips and to go coffee cup in it. The last guest had obviously used as garbage can and no one bothered to look in it. the bathroom was so gross I had to clean it. The dust on the furniture made piles when you wiped it. My son and his girlfriend had the same problem minus the ice bucket...instead when they walked into their room the refrigerator door was open , like someone was in the middle of cleaning and forgot to finish? Went down in the morning to get coffee. The restaurant was just as bad. Breakfast buffet had an inch of dust on the counter around it. The wall by the garbage can that was by the buffet had not been wiped for months. Food stuck on it and stuff running down stuck on. When I spoke to someone they didn't give a crap, said Oh I'm sorry that's too bad We did not have time to find another place to stay or I would have. If you stay here bring cleaning supplies with you.

Was highly disappointed, we checked in pretty late after waiting 2 hours in check in. Got to our room and then went straight to bed we were so exhausted. When the sun came up, you could see the couch filthy and full of hair, everything had crumbs and lily fingerprints everywhere. Cobwebs, our fridge didn't work, neither did the light in the room or outside. The view was nice but that was about it. I booked this property after seeing the reviews, and we did not have the same experience.

My room key did not work upon check in and I then asked the front desk for a different room on the river, he said he could not do that as they were booked. Hotel was very empty the next day, so he could have changed the room but did not want. The room condition was old with fogged window and a broken screen. The hotel was probably nice 30 years ago.

Lack of pride in maintaining hotel condition.

The room was spacious and clean. bed comfortable. The over-all condition of the hotel was poor. Carpet wrinkled, door handles, lights, walls, parking lot, doors were poorly maintained and, some falling off the walls. No one available at check-out in the am... I left my pillow in the room with the keys and could not retrieve it since no one was around. We did not try the free breakfast in the restaurant since we needed to leave early.

The toilet, tub, and floor corners in my bathroom were really dirty. The soap dish in the shower still had toothpaste or green soap caked on it. The ice machine on my floor was broken. I didnt find the bar of soap until the morning. They should leave it on the counter, not all wrapped up in wash clothes on the tub edge. The staff were very kind and professional.

Nice older Hotel. Very Clean. Friendly Staff. I ate in the bar and there were lots of options. I ordered a breakfast burrito to go in the a.m. and it was ready in 5 minutes. Breakfast at this place is a real breakfast not just a waffle or yogurt.
