The room we stayed was near the entrance and next to a machine the would make a blower noise ridiculous loud for few hours, the general staff very friendly except for the check in people that don’t have an welcoming attitude. In terms of food, entertainment and everything else it was great.

Got what we expected
The hotel has a lot of built in infrastructure and activities (pool, kayak/pedal boats, water exercise class, beach volley ball, yoga on the beach, evening events and celebrations, dance presentations, and activities to keep kids busy). The other facilities like the pool, game room, and elsewhere need some work and actual rooms themselves are pretty plan although they were working on the pool when we were there. The waiting staff and others are friendly and helpful. Overall it was a fun experience with a lot of great family memories and activities. The need for some remodeling is overshadowed by the friendless of the staff and the variety of fun activities they have for you. I would recommend getting the package with breakfast and dinner included as your only options at the restaurant (extremely expensive) and the bar (pretty expensive).

Stayed on the second (top) floor of our building. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the room was clean. We had two issues....the wifi / internet was out for over a day. Also, windy / rainy conditions at night blew water under the sliding door onto our floor. Even blew the curtains some. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great too.

Quarto não foi o que eu reservei , improvisaram com um cama a mais e ficou tão apertado que o telefone ficava dentro do abajur . A porta do quarto não podia ser aberta totalmente porque batia na cama . O quarto arrumado as 15:30 . Não tinha secador de cabelo , tinha que buscar na recepção que ficava distante porque o complexo é enorme . A comida é horrorosa com várias queixas na recepção . Só podia comer 4 pastéis por pessoa , 2 tapiocas por pessoa e 2 hambúrguer . . Um controle deprimente para um resort . Mar bravo e temperatura fria. Falta manutenção nas nas cabanas Positivo : a beleza do paisagismo , os funcionários simpaticos, recreação ativa . Final de férias pedi late checkout de 1:30 não foram nada simpáticos . Como cliente do H .com poderiam ter me cedido inclusive porque minha reserva foi feita em fevereiro e não foi honrada, seria uma compensação . Não voltaremos .

Foi uma maravilhosa experiência. Nao conhecíamos o Tororomba antes, nem tinha indicações, mas foi uma excelente estadia. Comida boa e bebida a preço justo. Uma excelente opção custo benefício.
O resort em si era muito gostoso. Frente mar, boa comida, quarto com bom espaço. Senti um pouco de falta de mais "apoios" dentro do quarto para roupas, etc. O quarto atende uma nota 8. O que mais deixou a desejar é a copa-baby. Viajamos com uma criança de 2 anos, e a copa disponivel no resort estava bem deteriorada. (Fiquei até com "nojo" de usar o microondas para aquecer uma mamadeira). O restaurante serve uma excelente comida e café da manhã, mas em epoda de chuva é um problema pois o telhado do restaurante é de palha, e possuía vários furos causando goteiras em cima de diversas mesas e cadeiras. Pra quem gosta da vibe roots, é tranquilo imagino eu.
