Problemas no check-in.
O quarto disponibilizado não tinha controle remoto do ar condicionado. O frigobar dava choque elétrico e fomos informados de que na cidade de Ilhéus esse fato é normal. O colchão desconfortável. Diante dos problemas no check-in fomos convidados a procurar outra pousada.

O atendimento foi cordial e nos ajudou com nossas dúvidas. A limpeza foi ótima e o café da manhã também. Porém o colchão e o travesseiro são gastos e poderiam ser trocados.
