Hotels.com booked us at this hotel that was closed for renovations. We were never able to enter the hotel due to it being closed. No one was able to assist me with this issue ie hotel or Hotels.com. Very frustrating! Pricing was $87/night before taxes and fees.

It wasn't until we arrive at the hotel to claim our reservation that we were informed that the establishment had been closed down by the city. I feel that someone should have reached out to us to let us know of the situation so that other arrangements could have been made sooner.

After two days, I was supposed to be there for one week we all put out because of a gas leak and I was on return $200 should’ve been more than that because it was Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday and then Saturday I was supposed to brush for and they didn’t do so now I will not be normal

Need to update rooms. Comfortable but drains in sink and tub drained VERY slowly. Beds worn out hard and not very comfortable. About a 5 on a scale of 10. Just very average.

Bugs: nats spiders ticks. Roll bed was nothing but springs. Jet tub, jets dirty. Tv broke, they did replace with 1980s tv.charged me for another day & checked out early. Terrible! Worse stay ever!
