it was close to 70F with no clouds, and blazing sun. While checking in, the front desk told us that the A/C is turned off since it is cold outside. I couldn't understand. it is COLD? in 70F when there is blazing sun, and when customers are walking in with sweating? I asked if it could be turned on for our room only, and was told that it is centralized a/c unit. We understood that part and asked if we could at least have a fan. We were told that they do not have any fans and that they can not accommodate for no a/c. In the room, it rather had a heated floor and a heater on. The room was HOT HOT. We opened the window, changed our clothes, and layed down doing nothing - trying to chill ourselves. my friend even took a cold shower. it was still warm. not as hot hot but still hot and uncomfortable. When you pay over 100$ in korea to stay in a hotel, that's not what you expect. if this happened in $50 room, i would say - i get what i paid for. However in a hotel like this?? we called the front desk to ask politely if there is a fan, and if not if they would consider turning on the a/c again. Got a call back only to hear that there's nothing they can do. We told them that we are thinknig of asking for a refund since this is not what was on hotel description and we were uncomfortable. 10min later, another call and they told us that they actually have a fan. after telling us 3 times they do not have a fan.. they suddenly have a fan? (LOL) still cannot understand. UNACCEPTABLE
