Great Hotel!!
Great hotel and awesome customer service. I asked to change to another room because I prefer the sink inside the bathroom and they changed it right away! Front desk spoke English clearly and was very friendly. Location was great too! Will book here again!

Fun & Convenient
Room wasn’t as clean as would like but we stayed just 1 night. Main reason for stay was location, 5 mins free shuttle bus to terminal 2 and also the robot delivery of room service which was fun. Had to order the food through the bar though as no one was answering the restaurant to book but only took 5 mins.

Hotel was clean and comfortable but away from everything. If you want to explore then you will have yo taje taxi or uber. Also shuttle only operate every hour, if you miss it then you will need to wait an hour.

I checked into the ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport T2 the evening of my 54th birthday. My cousins and I returned to Incheon from Japan and chose this hotel for an overnight stay before returning home to the US. It was the BEST decision based on proximity to the airport. Little did we know, the hotel was absolutely amazing for more than this reason. Jack checked us in and he was so polite and helpful. We had dinner that evening and breakfast the next morning at the hotel. The food was outstanding! I was also able to visit the sauna the next morning before checkout. It was so relaxing. Whenever I go back to Seoul, I will stay here the night before my return EVERY TIME! A !!! I loved it here!

Fantastic hotel next to the airport.
This hotel is very nice and very close to the airport, but unfortunately you can’t walk to the terminal, you need to use a shuttle, but the shuttle comes every hour. The hotel is super nice and clean. It also has a nice view of the planes taking off and it has a little walkway around the building to enjoy a stroll. It has a gym, a bar, and snack shop. It also has a nice restaurant, but I felt the dinner buffet was a little overpriced. The buffet is basically $40, but the food was just ok. Other than that it is a great place, but if you want to visit Seoul when you’re there, this hotel is very far away, like almost 2 hours away by car. With all this said, I would definitely stay there again.

Brand new Hotel, bus shuttle service to the airport. Amazing Buffet dinner. Super comfy bed. Fantastic bathroom, excellent service, Netflix available in your room, noisey with plane noise BUT they supplied ear plugs and instil got a great sleep
