Great location, unit is dated
Location is great, Only issue we had was that the unit was not very clean, floors were filthy. On site manager was able to get someone to clean the floors but it needs a deeper cleaning than just a mop & go. My white socks were black from just walking in the unit. Discovered Hair in both tubs. Management was suppose to get back to me but did not take care of it and had no follow up.

Problems
While the cleaning crew did a decent job preparing this property just before we arrived, they unfortunately could not have overcome some real problems: 1. Older or "re-used" furniture generated a somewhat "musty" atmosphere to the entire property; 2. Sliding doors in both downstairs bedrooms got stuck and were very difficult to open -- a real inconvenience. 3. The door on the downstairs bathroom would often stick to the point of not being able to open without a great deal of pulling from the inside or without someone else having to push from the outside; 4. Both the balcony and the outside patio gave the impression of "shabbiness" -- older, cheap plastic furniture and too crowded on the balcony; not a real inviting patio atmosphere -- "junked up." 5. The property was difficult to locate within the development since the unit number was indicated by a small index card on the front window. There was only one "official" parking pass instead of the two that were to be included. 5. Most distressful, especially for our fifteen-year-old granddaughter (who was staying in the single-bed "efficiency" on the first floor) was her encounter with a rat late on the last night of our stay. Needless to say, she was "freaked out" and spent the night in bathroom with the door closed. >>From our perspective, we can only conclude that the unit's owner has obviously neglected this property, and we're hard-pressed to understand why Vacasa has not intervened to insist on improvements.

Nice property, a bit of work needed. Overall a 6 or 7, could easily be a 9 with some effort.
Very nice location and condo. Tons of potential.. Needs a bit of work and updating that a decent handyman could handle in a day or so. Worn out showerhead holder in the main bath etc... Would be ok if you were 4'6" tall. Also needs deep clean. Why would you keep broken blinds and broken suitcase stand in the closet, a broken basket with a few decks of mixed playing cards, none complete? Then the cobwebs, lots of cobwebs.

Lovely
Our stay was wonderful. The condo is well stocked for a quick two night stay. We did not cook but brought food in. It faces a creak on both sides. Walkways were clean with a bit of iced over snow which was slippery and needed extra caution. I appreciate the management companies communication. We will definitely return.

comfy, cozy place, but needs a few updates
This condo is spacious, with high ceilings throughout. The beds and couches are quite comfortable. However it's showing its age, and the photos on the listing are not recent enough. Kitchen needs new pots, pans, utensils, etc. Could use newer linens and decor throughout. Dated bathrooms, with shower heads that are too low for most people.

Great location, had trouble accessing upon arrival. Schlage lock wouldn’t work… otherwise, beautiful location, great for families, since upper and lower bedrooms/ baths.

We had a great time.
I have already spoken to Vacasa about some of the inconveniences regarding closets and drains. There also needs to be a larger coffee pot. Found larger coffee makers, but no carafes to go with it. The kitchen and den were the best features for us. Our friends had a better bed and slept comfortably. The queen downstairs you roll to the middle.

My experience
this property was overall very clean and organized, it provided utensils, pots pans, as well as towels hand lotion and other shower necessities. The heater came in handy not to mention the customer service! Over all a very great experience, would love to book with them again.

Cosy condo in north Lake Tahoe, close to ski resorts.
Its a 2 BD and 2 BA property and a lounge room that has a couch with slide-out bed. The property is good for 4 adults. Lot of board games in the house. The kitchen was small but well furnished with all appliances. The main attraction for us was proximity to north Lake Tahoe (King's beach , sand harbor) and ski resorts (Mt Rose and Diamond peak). There are nice hikes about 1-2 miles away from the property. The only downside was the tight parking. Also the directions to the property can be tricky, so follow the directions that the vacation rental sends.

Property was good - separate floors of the unit allows for teenager privacy, which was great for our family. The inability to enjoy beach or any facilities (gym pool) at the site was a bit challenging. Overall a good time.
