The staff was not friendly. Black gal was asleep when we walked in for the lame breakfast. Never said a word to us. She should be FIRED! Cody would not make coffee for us, when there was still 10 minutes to go before breakfast closing at 9 am. PATHETIC! Property was dirty inside and outside. Door to our room stuck and would not open with the key card. This hotel should be shut down!! Paid way too much for such a filthy property!!

Best motel room was not clean not sanitary and very old-fashioned half the stuff wasn't cleaning the microwave wasn't clean the pillows was dirty the room had an older the toilet seat still had yellow piss on it the refrigerator smell like mold I would not go there again.

Had queen size single bed room in which the mattress was as hard as a rock and made noises when weight was shifted, shower was really weird there was no threshold which caused water to spill out of the stall onto bathroom floor. I had asked for an extra pillow and was told there were none to be had. Overall a average stay but won't stay there again

The hotel room was smelly. Like mildew and feet. The pillows were so thin they were like cardboard with a pillowcase on them. When I asked for additional pillow she said she might not have any. Found one. ALL night long every second repetitively there was a knocking in the bathroom. It wasn't a noise from other patrons. It was something mechanical in the walls or plumbing or something. The AC kicked on and off every three minutes with a noise each time and didn't even cool the room. Overall TERRIBLE stay. They should be removed from your platform. Dont ever stay in Room 233.

We had issues with check-in as the keys won't work. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the staff to fix it. When she came, she said its working now. The next morning however after having breakfast, the keys again do not work so we had to have it fixed again. Fortunately, the lady assigned in the morning knows what to do. Breakfast was dismal. Everything is just carbs. No protein, not even just hard boiled eggs which are not so hard to prepare. There was cereal but no milk, how are you supposed to eat it? Would be nice if they at least made something for the number of guests that morning. Seems everything they served were just leftovers.

Absolutely horrendous, do not recommend to families or really anyone for that matter. From the toilet paper shoved in the electrical outlets ( extremely concerning ) to the filthy floors and the sketchy locks on the doors I’m surprised it passes the inspection and is allowed to even remain open. Spent hours that night, after our late checkin and hours on the road prior, trying to find a direct contact number to actually speak to someone to try and get the second night canceled and a refund, as the virtual chat pretty much said to double check the rating of the property prior to booking. Never actually spoke to anyone and just had to just deal with it. Needless to say we slept on top of the covers and showered with our sandals on.

I would recommend leisure stay at this property.
We came in late after an event. Only to find the air conditioning was not cooling and we found tiny roaches and we immediately check out our room to return the key cards. Advised the front desk clerk of the conditions, and asked if they can refund my money. Her response was they were not going to refund my money. I asked do I have to go through hotel.com for my refund and she said she didn’t know. Also, room furniture was in very poor condition.
