Run down, filthy, loud, creaking floors, stained carpets, elevator broken, front desk was standoffish, breakfast bars were stale and one was outdated, rust stained drains. Nothing looked like the pictures and it’s definitely not a recommend to anyone I know

The room and the bed were comfortable and clean, but the bathroom could use some new paint & touch up work. The front desk was very helpful in recommending some restaurants. There were 2 bus loads of high school kids who were running up & down the hall like 2nd graders, so it was quite noisy for a couple of hours.

This hotel does NOT have queen beds; they're double beds. We were not checked in properly and at 1:43 a.m. another guest tried to get into our room. While we initially thought him drunk and confused, a few minutes later the front desk called our room around 1:45 a.m.!! and asked who we were (even though we had confirmed registration online weeks before our stay) and wanted to chat. In the morning, we were treated poorly by the new desk clerk when we wanted to complain: she had no time to talk to us or address our concerns and the manager was unavailable. I've never said this before, but do NOT stay at this hotel. Other issues: a shopping cart full of trash at the entrance when we arrived; filthy carpeting in public areas that had obviously not been cleaned in years; broken TV; curtains that only closed partway and did not block outside light at night; dirty elevator; questionable pillows; and unavailable staff/management (except at 1:45 a.m. on their terms).

The room was in rough condition, doors had holes in them, bathroom was nasty, exhaust fan caked in dirt and mold, bugs in the lights, mold in the shower
