Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
We stood in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes on arrival (6pm), then walked down both hallways, into the kitchen, laundry, and the office (all doors standing open) and saw no one. After several more minutes waiting, finally a staff person stepped off the elevator, came to the desk, and gave a true reaction of surprise when we asked to check in, and no concern for the inattention. The hotel seemed well-booked judging from the parking lot, but it's hard to imagine anyone was receiving any customer service.
Cleanliness and comfort were barely average; room tile, carpet, and chairs were pretty worn. Received a notice at 8am that water would be off til 10:30; called at 1pm for status update and was told 3pm. So much for a comfortable place to work.
Do not recommend, simply for the desperate lack of service - or lack of concern that there WAS a lack service.
