When turning onto the street to the motel, we were greeted with a lot of “interesting people”. The whole neighbourhood is really run down and we were worried that our car would have been broken into. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but it was fine for a one night stay.

A simple, one night stay to break up a two day drive home from visiting family. Hotel was convenient. Checkin was quick. Room was clean and ready.

This is very no frills. I bring a Blu-ray player so I can watch some disks instead of live TV with commercials. The player hooked up and worked fine but the TV is programmed so you can only turn up the volume to 50/100 which was too low to clearly hear the dialogue on some disks. I stayed two nights, went out to a convention until early evening, came back and there was no housekeeping for the room. One good thing was location--there was a CVS, BP with large food and drink selection, Taco Bell/KFC, and small Mexican taco place all within immediate walking distance. Just the same --wouldn't stay here again.
