Could be much better

Doing redo on the rooms. This visit got one of the almost remodeled rooms. Cabinets not finished of assembled, paint and texture on plates and around fire sprinkler. Bed uncomfortable - just like before the remodel and could not fir the life of me find the controls for the HVAC system

I was at the hotel because a wedding. To make all my schedule work was necessary to make a late checkout that I made with no inconvenience additionally the shuttle service even better for my bussines. Certainly I will repeat my stay in the future.

The bathroom was absolutely terrible. Toilet kept stopping up and water in shower would not drain until after maybe an hour after you got out. You would be standing in a shower full of dirty water. I really would like a full refund but I can't get anyone to respond to the five messages I have left.

The hotel is under construction, this information would be extremely useful to know BEFORE booking. Aside from the noise, the breakfast is subpar. Staff are nice though.

I stayed on the first floor- it seems renovations are happening but not yet on floor one. The room was very dated, noticed a bug late one night, and the additional door lock did not work. The staff were kind, the price and convenience to airport were great. The breakfast was good.

The shower curtain was 2 inches too short. As a result half the bathroom floor was filled with water that I had to clean up. This was a slip, hazard and unsafe. Really a lawsuit waiting to happen. It’s a pretty basic detail to get right. All you really need to do is buy the right length shower curtain. Hard to understand how that can escape anybody’s attention.
