Traveling for work. I reserved and confirmed 4 rooms on Expedia, arrived at property and they only had 3 rooms. Told me there was nothing they could do and told me to call the third party. Staff was rude, which is a shame because the hotel is nice! Needless to say they didn't make it right or offer any suggestions and we had to travel 45 minutes away to find the additional room. Hotel blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed Hotel! Beware of Both!!

It's a beautiful, clean hotel. My only critique is that the soundproofing between rooms isn't the best. I could hear people walking on the floor above and people using the bathroom next door.

For the price, this is an outstanding hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The only complaint I would make it the breakfast was absolute crap. Nothing tasty or interesting, just cheap, heat and eat food. But again, for the price, I can live with that.

This property was overall great! not too far away from Indianapolis. The rooms are pretty big and felt very cleanly. all of the staff was super nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet was a big plus. Would absolutely stay here again
