We reserved a king bed room. There is absolutely nonway those were king beds. The mattresses were very worn and need to be replaced. More seating/tables in the breakfast area. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Nice stay close to everything
We were in town for a show and stay here. It was only a couple of blocks from the show and tons of restaurants. All the staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was nice. Only drawback was the view (non-view) from the window. It was just a white wall. I would recommend this hotel if you have any plans in downtown Indianapolis.

The facility needs work. Not a staff issue - it's an ownership issue. The bed was awful, we didn't sleep well during our stay. The shower leaked all over the floor it has been for a while the walls are molded and have water damage present. The carpets are severely stained and the breakfast was subpar.however the staff and valet were wonderful and accommodating and pleasant. Glad it was only a two day stay. We won't be back though.

ADA non compliant
I was traveling with an ADA certified service dog for an anxiety disorder and was told that anxiety was not a recognized disability in Indiana. It caused more anxiety being told it wasn't real. They did later correct their error, but it was still a very uncomfortable check in.

Area at night is ehh lol but walkable. The hotel itself and staff is fantastic. Clean, spacious. Very helpful and friendly staff. Free breakfast was actually pretty good with a nice variety. We will continue to rebook.
