The first room had yellow stains on the bed sheets and the pillows smelled awful. I asked for a different room which they gave me but that one was worser. You hear water running the whole 30mins i sat in the room. The room had a horrible smell. The bed was uncomfortable. I tried to sleep with a blanket i bought from home over my face but it was unbearable. I couldn’t breath in the room because it felt like I was getting sick from inhaling the smell of tge room. So bad that me and my fiance are now in the car trying to sleep until the morning. The elevators kept getting stuck on certain floors then one wouldn’t even leave the first floor.

The pool was closed for cleaning but I enjoyed the gym and loved that you could connect your streaming services without having to sign in on the tv itself. It was quiet and serene! Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. The only issue we had was the valet. We had alerted ballet via text at 10 AM went down to the valet. Stand stood there for 10 minutes before someone asked us our names then it took another 20 minutes for us to get our car people that came after us got their cars before we did.

Loved the security measures of this hotel. Breakfast was great, and so many choices. So very convenient to just walk across the street for an Indiana Fever game. Relaxing to know that after the game we only had to walk back across the street and not deal with traffic or crowds. So nice!

I had outstanding service at the front desk. One employee in particular: Leal Ransone, went above and beyond his duties to service me. The hotel was right across from the Fever Stadium (so for me the location couldn't have been better), the breakfasts were included and was a buffet of eggs, waffles, home fries, etc. a typical hot and also cold breakfast and as much as you could eat. I will go here again next fever game I attend.

We were going to a Fever game and it was right across the street. We had 2 people with health issues so it was a close walk plus easy valet parking. We were able to walk to hotel after game and avoid having to sit in traffic. The rooms and staff were great. We had a great stay there.
