Breakfast was just okay, but the experience was frustrating. Breakfast ends at 10:00 a.m., yet by 9:30–9:45 the line was extremely long. We had to wait just to get hot food, and it felt like everyone was forced to rush at the same time. There was no crowd control or planning to handle the volume of guests. What was even more disappointing was the parking situation. Self-parking costs $52 per night, which is outrageously expensive and was not clearly listed on the website. We were completely shocked when we were charged. Several guests before us were also surprised and upset about the unexpected parking fee. This lack of transparency and poor guest experience really took away from our stay. For the price paid, we expected much better communication and service.

The room is wonderful. I was unaware I would have to pay 50 dollars just to park. Im a single mom of 3 here, this trip was really budgeted, so that was very upsetting and unexpected.

Hyatt was across the street from the venue we came into town for (stayed Fri+Sat nights), was quiet, room was clean and quiet, breakfast was good (coffee a bit weak for me). Would of been great if they provided shuttle service to/from IND airport.
