Property was very run down. Bathroom door knob nearly falling off the door, stains all over the carpet, bathroom tub/shower not working properly. House keeping came to take used towels while we were gone for the day but didn’t replace them. We called the front desk and were told we had to come down to get fresh towels. Very disappointed with this facility. It was less expensive than several of the downtown hotels, but I guess we got what we paid for.

Just at the reception I felt that I wasn’t welcome. The guy at the desk seems tired and not smile, just doing his job of asking information. I was very surprised of the cleanliness around and inside the room. Also we missed our breakfast but the cleaning lady was so kind and offered us something to eat.

Everything was great about this hotel except for the woman policing the breakfast area in the mornings. She would sit at a table and watch you eat while also telling you what you can have and how much of each item you were allowed to have. When I reached for a muffin, which by the way was the only thing I ate for breakfast that day, I was told “You’re only allowed to have one because they are big.” While I did only actually want one, what if I wanted to eat two for breakfast? No other hotel I’ve stayed at had someone policing the amount of a certain item you can eat. But like I said, other than this weird annoyance, everything else was good.

It is right off the interstate so you do get some traffic noise
