Well, first off online it says it was pet friendly, but when I get there it was not it said no pets allowed when my key did not work, and the manager came upstairs to find out why the key didn’t work, he barged in my room because of misunderstanding he thought that I said the heat didn’t work when I asked him why he was coming in the room and what he wanted in my room he did not respond. He totally ignored me and then asked me do you have a dog I said yes I have a dog although he could clearly see that I had a dog he said well there was a $10 charge for having a dog I said no he’s a service dog and then he was very upset because he said OK I’m allergic to dogs , and again, what does that have to do with you being in my room the room was not very clean at all was itching the whole time I was in there the fridge raider did not close all the way. Therefore, food and drinks was not cold the so-called breakfast was very awful. It was more like everything was in a can , or the eggs was powdered eggs or something I have no idea there was only some type of ham that was more like lunchmeat. The total service there was just awful. There was never anybody at the desk there was two TVs in my room, one which did not work I was asking for a receipt three times and I was told that it would be emailed to me , I never received a receipt then when I was there, I was told that I had to give $100 deposit that was not stated online I definitely will not return!!!!!!
