We arrived at the hotel to check in at 8:30pm. The front door was locked and a sign on the door said a key card was needed to access the door after 8pm. We could see the front desk from the door and no one was there. We knocked and banged on the door for a couple minutes. It was single digits outside so we went back to sit in our car. I looked the hotel up online to find a phone number. I called the number and someone answered. We told him we were trying to check in but were locked out. He told us to come back and that he was in the bathroom. I suggest next time put a sign on the door so anyone trying to check in will know someone will be back in a few minutes. We were starting to panic because we had a reservation and had already paid online. Also, we had reserved a queen bed online but it was only a full size bed.

First of all these people and this property are amazing! Do not hesitate to book especially for the price and convenience! And No deposit! Two things I wish was different in my stay. If the bed was actually a queen size bed and comfortable, and came with more than two small pillows, it wasn't and it didn't lol And better placement of the TV and some sort of breakfast would be nice. However I love the non smoking and no pets policy! Nobody wants to smell that on Holiday! It would've been a perfect 10 out of 10 stay if the bed and pillows were comfy. Other than that the staff and facilities were amazing over all!

Clean, quiet, and basic but for an overnight stay close to the airport it was fine. Two things could be better though, a coffee maker in the room and wish there were blackout curtains not just basic blinds.

Very basic but clean. Walls are thin, so noise from other rooms could be problematic. Bed was comfortable but needed a blanket (was just a sheet and bedspread). Window blinds not room darkening. All in all a clean, safe property at a great price.

The room was good and I was glad it had a kitchenette. However, there were no paper towels, tissues, dish washing liquid, or a coffee maker in the room. I had to go to my car to get paper towels and downstairs for coffee which was an inconvenience. I think these items should be available in the room. I feel like this hotel was overpriced by not providing these small amenities. Also, there was a guest and hotel employee smoking right outside the entrance (less than 8 feet away) when I went to my car.

This is a nice clean hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very functional. We will definitely stay here again if we are traveling through Indianapolis in the future!
