The Space:
As you step into the home you are greeted with a spacious open plan living/dining area furnished with contemporary pieces. Within the bright living space be warmed by the central fireplace while you relax into the plush chaise lounge and watch a movie on the big screen TV.
The fully equipped custom kitchen has everything you need for your stay. From the full-size fridge/freezer to the large double ovens and the central island bench making entertaining your friends and family a breeze.
Enjoy your meals at the dining table or sit up at the breakfast bar while you enjoy your morning coffee from the complimentary coffee/tea bar.
Guests are spoiled for choice with five generous light filled bedrooms to choose from. Each room features a large queen bed with super soft linen and all have their own wall mounted TVs. Two of the rooms have access to the outdoor area and also have their own modern ensuite.
The grand master suite is fit for royalty with an expansive walk in closet and its own master ensuite with luxe spa bath, walk in shower and double vanity. The suite also features private access to the pool area through the large double doors that are fitted out with plantation shutters for total guest privacy.
Make your way out into the beautifully landscaped backyard with a luxurious Villa style pool surrounded by lush tropical palms and green manicured lawns.
Take a dip in the pool or sink into the raised spa with submerged seating for all your guests. There is an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ as well as a covered patio with comfy outdoor sofas. Lay back on the sun lounges and listen to the sound of the cascading water and then at night keep warm by the fire pit with a glass or two of wine and watch the pool come to life with its dynamic mood lighting.
Also within the house is access to a washing machine and dryer in the laundry as well as free parking and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Soft fluffy towels are provided for each guest as well as luxe bathroom amenities and robes for the master suite.

Located in Riverside County is the city of Indio, one of the fastest growing cities in the area. This small, yet bustling city is perhaps best known for being host to the popular Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, which draws in as many as 250,000 visitors a year! However, there’s so much more to enjoy in Indio than Coachella. The city is bursting with art, music, food, and outdoor fun that you definitely wouldn’t want to miss! Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

PRE-CHECK-IN PROCESS
Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a link from Duve that will allow you to complete the pre-check-in process, which includes the following:
1. Providing names of all guests
2. Approximate arrival of your time to the home so one of our team members can conduct a welcome walk-through.
3. Secure location to upload your ID. (Required by city law in the Desert and HOA in HI)
4. Agreeing to terms of your reservation (Example: check-in, check-out dates, number of occupants, etc.)
After the pre-check-in process is complete, you will have access to an individual guest area that is accessible through the web and contains all the information needed for your stay. Such as home address, access codes (Available within 24 hours of check-in), access to team members, details about the property, etc. (No app download required).
