Clean and nice, but unfortunately the water heater is not functioning.
room carpet is dirty, no shoe provided. glass top table have oily cloudy appearance. wet-dried and clump toilet roll installed, toilet roll cheap quality. pillow have fragrance (big no for me), distract my sleep. good thing is have a lot of plug point, and breakfast is at highest floor with good view (though the food is terrible, just like most hotel in Malaysia).
We were at L16 but the loud music from the lower floor was disrupting our slerp at midnight! We had a long day of travels, the loud trumping music was extremely annoying. There was no shower head in addition to the rain shower. There was no floor matt outside the shower stall, we had puddles. Orherwise, our room Deluxe King was spacious. Staff at breakfast at L20 was very good, great selection and great view.
i like the view while having breakfast at 20th floor.. i got the room at ladies level (18th) and i feel safe. the friendly staff and everything was great. certainly will come again. tq
