The location was great and the house itself was great. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but there was a lot of dust on shelves, fireplace mantels, and particularly the blinds in the bedrooms. A number of boards on the upper desk are warped and could be a tripping hazaard.

Family Gathering
A family group of 25+ members used the property for a two day family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. One family resided at the house while the others were in the local area. We gathered each morning for the day. The house was just what we needed. Ample room for all of us, separate areas, both in and outside, to allow us to visit individually or in groups. The kitchen and dining areas were large enough to accommodate all of us. The setting at the lake contributed to a relaxed atmosphere as well as allowing the younger members to blow off steam. We had a wonderful gathering and the amenities and size of the property made that possible.

Great spot!
Wonderful stay while out pheasant hunting in Aberdeen! The property is clearly very well taken care of and maintained. Owners were very accommodating, adjusting for a last minute change to our trip, and staying in great communication as needed. Overall a 5 star review and we hope to return to the same place next year.

Perfect Lake House!
This is a beautiful home - it was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our son and taking in a couple of Northern State Football games. The views of the lake from the decks were gorgeous - the house was comfy,cozy and clean -the kitchen had everything we needed. And the hosts were great to deal with. We had a very nice stay while visiting family for my grandfather's 100th birthday. The house was comfortable and the upper deck was lovely to spend time on which was good since we had some sort of illness that spread through the family. Mina Lake Family Fun
The lake home was very clean and very comfortably furnished with all of the necessities and lots of extras. The deck and patio spaces were so inviting. There was even firewood waiting for us to enjoy an evening fire and smores! The owner was very responsive and replied quickly to a couple of text messages with questions we had. My daughter-in-law, who is a seasoned traveler made the comment that she has never been more comfortable in a rental property as she was in this home. I highly recommend this property. Our family had a wonderful, very special time together.
