Chaque personne qui travaille à cet endroit mérite une mention d'excellence. Que ce soir Carol à l'accueil, le personnel au restaurant, Francis qui nous a fait faire le tour de la propriété et des jardins et les gars en cuisine, Georges, Patrick et il y en a un autre que son nom m'échappe.
