The beach beds were all taken. You have to get up early. There isn't enough for everyone. Food was horrible for a vegan person. It is not 5-star dining. The free coffee/tea and alcohol were terrible. They are not really high-quality of brands. Really horrible tastes! The floors and steps are NOT ADA-friendly, especially for visually impaired people! The store didnt have enough drinks to sell. I dont drink strange drinks and soda. It was hard for me to get enough fluids in me. There were no hot tub since I hate the cold water. Beautiful view for beach and palm but no hot or warm water for people like me. Love the sun but it was so windy during my stay. I liked the hot shower, wonderful bed sheet materials. Overall it is 1.5 out of 5 my opinion. It is not really 5 stars as this place says!

Nice place to stay for along wreekend. Food was good though we were not aware of the requirement to use the app to reserve the first night. Lots of pool options though the kids area could use some maintenance. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful

I would recommend focusing on improving the property by investing in painting, repairing broken items, and enhancing its overall appearance. Additionally, the quality of the food needs improvement, as I experienced a stomachache.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The poolside area was poorly maintained and had an unpleasant smell. The bathrooms were outdated and also emitted a bad odor. Additionally, the restaurant staff provided subpar service, and some of the restaurants themselves felt old and unclean. The one thing I did not like was the constant selling they did. We kept saying no to the membership they offer and kept trying to show us other things. It was a waste of time and last half of the day when we could have been out doing something else.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a misty smell in our room though so they brought in an air puriier we ran the whole time sucked a ton of moosture lit and got the smell away. Food was decent but didnt compare to riu emerald bay in mazatlan. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked our tours through david who was in thr send lobby close to elevators he was amazing! We stayed 10 days and did lots the pools were great the kids spent a lot of time there. Wouldnt return to this property if we went back to cancun though.
