Is an advantage to stay at HRH for the quality of the all inclusive. I didn't like it seemed they have less personal than needed for the hig season. We and many other people have to wait too long on check in and restaurants

Love this place!!
I have no problems with this hotel at all. We love the friendliness of the staffs, the services, the stay, the beachfront and the pool and also the foods. I give it 10/10. We will definitely going back there again.

Super clean and beautiful hotel but need improvement on dining availability, doesn’t have too many restaurants, we must to make long lines to eat ( 2 hours), also the buffet doesn’t have the quality expected. The entertainment could be better, needs more shows, more artists during the day and different areas available to party should be a great idea. Also should be great to have a night club instead than just party at the lobby.

Plumbing is clearly old, hot water comes with a distinct yellow tinge and an odd odor that makes the room smell musty. We tried to use the hot tub in the room and the water was a nasty shade of yellow. Staff was friendly and the food was ok. Would not likely return due to musty room smell and the water.

Very disappointing hotel.
The stay was not as it was pictured to be. Too many problems with room. Old smells musty items in room never replenished. Balcony big disappointment housekeeping on higher floors don't care who's below water falling all over food and drinks whole trying to enjoy patio. Food offered is averaged. Hot tub in room spit sand out so that was a big disappointment. Will never stay in this hotel again. Do not recommend. The staff is friendly will go out of there way to help. The views are amazing.

A Family Getaway with Ups and Downs – Hard Rock Hotel Cancun Our recent family vacation to the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun offered a mix of highs and lows, but overall, it was a memorable experience. Pros: Friendly and Attentive Staff: The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, with the concierge being a particularly helpful addition. VIP Experience: Opting for the VIP experience elevated our stay, giving us access to the third-floor pool terrace with upgraded poolside food options. The exclusivity and quality made it well worth it, and we’d definitely choose this again. Spacious Balcony: We were lucky to have a room with a large balcony, which is rare at this resort and was a great bonus. Dining Options: While the food was decent overall, we particularly enjoyed dining at Toro, the steakhouse, and the Mexican restaurant on Friday. The poolside food on the third-floor terrace was also a standout. Cleanliness: The cleaning crew worked tirelessly to keep the hotel spotless, which was appreciated, especially with young kids in tow. Cons: Kids' Club Closed: Unfortunately, the kids' club was under renovation during our stay, which was a major disappointment. Had we known this beforehand, we likely would have chosen a different hotel. Food Poisoning Incident: Both my wife and I experienced food poisoning on separate days, which dampened the trip. Noise Levels: If your room faces the ocean, be prepared for loud music from evening events until around 9 or 10 PM—a cha

Old hotel with lots of air fresheners. Really needs updated. The worse of the vacation was being thrown into time share property meetings twice, once upon arriving and then when we were trying to checkout.
