Love everything about this hotel. The service is always excellent, the food and drinks are mostly top notch. Rose, the concierge went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Eduardo at the pool bar mixed up the best margaritas. Hilda did a great job with the hydro therapy and Laura with the message. All top notch employees.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The service was exceptional—every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, from the rooms to the common areas, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the dining options on-site; they were convenient and offered a nice variety of delicious meals. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful and stress-free experience. Loved the hotel, staff went above and beyond. Great room with an amazing view. Great pool, and amazing service. The spa was incredible, so good we went twice. The evening entertainment was great, and the food was excellent. We will be back, and we'd definitely recommend this hotel.
