Great communication and very professional approach by staff. Accomodation was great and very clean . WiFi was quick. And pizza cooked on site was amazing
Very nice cabin. The restaurant was also convenient and had very good food. Laundry facilities were clean and convenient. Front office had good communication via text. Easy drive to Yellowstone. Local restaurants and state parks were also nice.
Super charming and unique. Very quiet and clean. Good location

Family road trip
The communication from staff, ease of check in, the surprise at how awesome the lodge was it all well exceeded our expectations! This was by far the best stop we’ve had throughout our 2 week roadtrip. We definitely will keep this place on our list when we come back to Yellowstone!
This was a comfortable place for our family of 6 to stay while visiting the area. They had everything you needed.

Just not up to par!
If you think this is small, I can assure you it’s even smaller! Floor looked clean but I spilled water and when I cleaned it up the rag was black. The shower didn’t drain all the way, and since your toilet is in the shower, your feet get wet every time you go in there. Not an overall good stay!
Loved the Amish cabin. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our visit to Yellowstone and Jackson.

The two ladies who manage the property came quickly to assist us on how to get the TV working. They are sweet and polite.
But the way the cabine was advertised I thought this cabine could accommodate three adults comfortably. The lift though has a VERY short ceiling and adults couldn’t stand up. Actually, most of 10 year-olds couldn’t either.
Then we thought “Awww … how cute! This loft was built for toddlers”. But than the stairs are WAY too steep ! Way too dangerous for kids and adults. The steps are narrow and very high.
So … two of the adults in our group ended up sleeping in the living room.
But all in all it was a good stay. My friends complained that due to no black-out blinders on the windows the cute outside lights bothered them during their sleep.
Great service though!
And the river RIGHT ACROSS the resort was a treat!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Buffalo Resort. The cabins are adorable and comfortable, and the amenities are first rate. Excellent value, comfort and accessibility to all the locations we visited. Highest recommendations!!
Unit was very cozy, clean with a t.v. fridge and microwave that came in handy, it is not the largest cabin, so if you like plenty of room book a unit for 3 people and up which we will do next time we return to the area.
For context, this was a family trip with my wife and two teenaged kids that took us through Montana, Idaho and Yellowstone National Park. This was our first time through these states and in this area.
The cabins themselves are absolutely perfect for a family our size. Even though our kids are quite tall, they both loved the upper bunk area to sleep in. Everything was super clean and the cabins had a wonderful eucalyptus smell running through an oil diffuser when we arrived. There was tons of storage space in the kitchen and all dishes/pans/utensils were provided. They even had salt and pepper as well as vegetable oil to use for cooking.
The area is beautiful and along the main highway through the area. The cabin we had been allocated was further away from the roadway and we were not impacted by the traffic. On site is a small pizza place that was some of the best pizza we've ever had. It was a great hub for our activities in the area over the three days we stayed and we will certainly be back.
We were in the small cabin. It is very small, but perfect if you just need a place to sleep. Check in and check out were all done via text. Very easy and convenient!
They were very accommodating we started with a smaller cabin and decidwd for the bigger one they got us moved right away. Cabins were clean as was the cafe on property and the laundry facility. They even had horseshoes and bean bag games
Very clean and modern, but “mountain man” chalet was not convenient for staying more than a day. E.g. no table or surface to prepare food, play a game. Would recommend for 1 night, but not longer.
