"Wow" is what you'll say when you see the view at this oceanfront beach home with an elevator and an in-ground heat-able pool. This 6 bedroom, 4 bath home with additional square footage on the ocean side porches makes for comfortable gathering and relaxing areas.
This is a reversible floor plan home to maximize the views from the main living area.
The first floor features a wood-floored media room with a flat panel TV which allows access to the first-floor porch leading to the ocean-side pool.
A guest bedroom with a Queen bed and TV has an ocean view and shares a full Jack & Jill bath with a King guest bedroom with TV. This bathroom features 2 separate marble-topped vanities and a walk-in shower. Another ocean-side bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The 4th bedroom has two twins and TV. Both of these bedrooms share a hall bath with a marble top vanity and a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is conveniently located in the hallway with a full-sized washer and dryer.
The second floor boasts spectacular ocean views from the open main living area. The living room is outfitted with a sofa, loveseat, and 2 chairs, a TV, gas fireplace, access to the second-floor porch, wood floors, and commands the best view of the Atlantic from the double French doors and large picture window. The dining room seats 8 with amazing ocean views.
The kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops, and an island that has 3 stools. Stainless appliances include a refrigerator, smooth top electric range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. A white tile backsplash complements the clean, contemporary look.
The primary suite and primary bath are on this floor. This spectacular oceanfront bedroom features a King bed, TV, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and access to the second-floor porch. The spacious primary bath boasts a fully tiled, walk-in shower with a bench seat and marble-topped vanity. There is a full hall bathroom on this floor too which is offered for third-floor use.
The third floor is a large bedroom with 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds; a picture window overlooking the ocean and a TV. It accesses the 2nd-floor full hall bath with a marble top vanity and walk-in shower with a bench seat.
The large, in-ground pool with a wrap-around deck offers an oasis for relaxing and sunbathing! The private boardwalk leads you to the award-winning, Isle of Palms sandy beach. The pool can be heated for $500 plus tax & fees per week. We heat our pools to 85 degrees. Pools will get 20-25 degrees warmer than the coldest temperature. Adding Pool Heat does not guarantee the pool will be warm enough to swim in during the colder seasons.

During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.

When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.

Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.

Travel Insurance:
Management Company offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost-plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

Great family vacation
Loved proximity to beach. Place was clean, had good supply of kitchen ware, linens and towels. Could have used more bathrooms, 4 bedrooms small with limited space for luggage, shared 2 small bathrooms. Overall, We had a good time.

Perfect location; large, clean pool; plenty of room for everyone. We loved walking daily on the beach. Plenty of room for eating and playing games inside and out. Lots of towels. Loved the closeness to downtown Charleston.

Perfectly situated on the ocean front, this houses close proximity to the beach and its pool were amazing. 8 ladies descended for a girls weekend and all enjoyed. The inside of the house could use some updating, yet everything worked and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We did call management to help with the elevator and they came over promptly to provide us with some helpful tips. Loved our stay and would definitley come back,

We paid a good amount for a week at this beachfront home. It is a good beachfront location with a pool. The house really needs some maintenance and upkeep to make it worth the money. We pulled up and went up the stairs from the carport. We were greeted with a filthy door leading into the first level. The first level has 4 BR and 2 baths. We opened the door and were greeted with a musty aroma. Wow not a good start. I went back down to grab the elevator to get our stuff to the second level. After 10 minutes of trying to get the elevator to work ( including going to each of the 3 floors it stops at) I couldn’t get any door to the elevator to open. Called the rental agency and they sent out a maintenance person. We finally got an elevator door open and I took a load to the second floor. Tried to open the elevator door and again I couldn’t get it open. Another call to the rental agency and maintenance came back out. The solution was to give us a metal rod to stick in a hole in the door to push a switch up so the elevator doors will open. Not very comfortable to ride a sketchy elevator. The rest of the house has dirty couches and chairs in the den, dirty cabinets around the handles, wasp nests above the front door, and just overall a not well maintained house. If I were you I wouldn’t stay here.

family girls retreat
This was not the first time I stayed at this address. I will say houses and places are what you make of it. There were 6 sisters all over 50 for 1 week. We loved it because we love each other and that was the important thing. When I stayed several years back it was awesome how ever it is a bit run down . The windows are rotten through and floors warped rugs could be replaced some painting could be done and bannisters outside could be fixed. Do not ask for heated pool . Now big question would I stay here again ? YES!!!!! because it was about the memories not as much the place. It will always have a place in my heart. 10000000000000 dollar view!

Perfect Covid Relief
This property looked just as the pictures & suited our multiple family needs perfectly. Plenty of room to have privacy, but plenty of room to be together as a group. Beach was lovely and felt very exclusive, and the private pool was worth every penny! We loved our first visit to Isle of Palms and will be returning!

Rating should be a 3.5 out of 5. Great location and property layout with large pool and easy access to beach. Could have been cleaner which is a big deal to us....hair balls, used contact lenses on the floors. Great management staff to work with. Felt like a true beach property, a little dated, not perfect, but very comfortable.

Had a blast despite bad October weather..
Stayed for a short bachelor party golf/beach weekend with a few of the guys. Weather wasn't great which kept us inside most of the time. we cooked, watched the games on TV, and played some games. kitchen had everything we needed and living room had plenty of room for 8 guys to hang out in comfortably. Order the pool heat in advance! We stayed in chilly october and assumed it was included, but was not. Our fault for not checking. Also had to run out an buy a propane tank cause grill was empty. Great views, def worth it for a great weekend.
