Everything was amazing and faultless, the staff were great, and the accommodations were exemplary. The only concern was during our last night at the hotel, there was a wedding that lasted till 1-ish am, and it was loud, and everything can be heard from our room; from the dancing to the music. It is understandable that there will be weddings in that location, as it is a beautiful location, it’s just that it is a bit difficult to sleep, especially if you have a sick person or a young child. But other than that concern, it was a lovely and impeccable stay. Will definitely be staying again in the future. And I would like to thank everyone for such an amazing week.

Main complaint was the cleanliness, or rather lack of it. Everywhere you looked, everything was dirty, poorly cleaned, looked like housekeeping did quick dusting of things, but everything was really dirty.

Hotel was clean and in a really nice area. Surrounded by a mall that also had supermarket in it . Had a nice bordwalk nice to walk at night felt really safe and surrounded by restaurants

Uncomfortable tourist trap. NOT worth the money.
I chose this hotel for recovery after a surgery, hoping its location away from the city center will provide calm and comfortable environment and deeply regret this choice due to the following reasons. The room was very hot, so you had to run a very noisy air conditioning system all the time, which blew the icy air directly on you, instead of equally dispersing it in the room. This created another problem of the om beeing too The room was quite small already, and a sofa bed took the rest of available space, making the room very crowded. Breakfast. The hotel charged $25 for breakfast per person per day, which is very basic and definitely not worth the price, but they wouldn't give me a better rate, even though I stayed there for almost a week. There were three wedding events on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with loud music until about midnight. Smell. The strong scent of a synthetic air freshener blowing through the air system was apalling and overwhelming. The parfumed chemicals contain propellants which are toxic to humans. This isn't an environmental-friendly choice. This hotel is not for the westerners who are accustomed to a decent customer service. Considering this is an international chain, most front desk/breakfast staff's English is not sufficient to understand/respond to your requests in a courteous manner.

Perfect location on Sea of Marmaris. 40 minute taxi from International airport cost around £25. Most frontline staff speak English but taxi drivers definately dont. 20 minutes to Blue Moswue and Bosphotous by taxi. Hotel was of a high standard and most enjoyable. Had no issues.

The property is nice and but overpriced and they charge you for everything; I was charged for condoms they left out in a family suite; I never used them I moved them bc I have small kids and they were just on the nightstand waiting to be touch so I put them on the shelf in the closet and was charged $25 for 2 unopened condoms; I was also charged for my kid cleaning up juice with a towel; Overall it’s not family friendly and I wouldn’t stay here again.
