The service of Turkish bath is very terrible with women ho do this service. We pay 75 Euro per person for too persons but the service was bad.

Friendly reception staff and cleaning lady on level 4 was amazing. She was always smiling and polite and did a through job of cleaning the rooms. Staff during breakfast were polite and helpful, went out of their way to make people feel welcome during breakfast. The staff in charge of Pool area were really friendly and helpful. Also massive thank you to the ladies that did an amazing job with massage session for me and my daughters. Definitely come back and stay at the hotel

I booked two rooms for our family. The first was very small and not the 25m2 advertised. The bed was right next to the corridor. The second was supposed to be twin but gave us a double. Next day we changed rooms and they charged me 40 euros per night rather than 30 euros for an extra bed for my daughter. Spa and swimming was good but mixed for men and women. I had to request a change of sheets and room clean as the bedsheets were not changed. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were the worst. Very unhelpful and with an attitude. The cherry on the cake was the return and accountability of room keys at check out. I have stayed before and so chose this hotel. I will not be returning.

Terrible hotel, this is not a proper 5 star place. Firstly they ask for a £100 deposit per room, which seemed unreasonable. After looking through reviews, the hotel like to accuse people of taking from the mini bar and if you refuse to pay, they will take from the deposit. The hotel tried to accuse us of doing the same. Secondly, the rooms weren’t up to scratch. There’s no proper lighting so it seems dingy, there is mould below the sink in the bathroom and none of the plug sockets hold up any plugs, they’re constantly falling out. Thirdly, cleaning of the rooms is not done well, the cleaners also like to throw away items without permission. This includes spare room key cards (which they charge you for if you lose). We also had an item stolen from our rooms, when we reported this to the staff, they stated nothing showed up on CCTV so there was nothing they could do. Obviously nothing showed up on the cameras in the corridors when it was taken from the room, why bother saying this in the first place. They refused to take responsibility for this either, they stated their only responsibility was towards the items in the safe and nothing else. This implies everything in the room is up for grabs ? We suspect the cleaners have been taking items and also from the mini bar.Lastly upon checking out, when we said all this happened, the staff were defensive and argumentative. This is not the customer service provided by a 5 star hotel. Please don't book this place, it’its a complete scam

Very kind staff but poor food quality
First of all I wanna say, the hotel staff is very kind and helpful. They do their best to make you comfortable. The room itself is clean and neat. Although the facility is located at the main street, you don’t hear anything from outside. Only downside of this hotel is ‘Food Quality’. For example, I think, there should have been a coffee machine(nespresso or so) in the room instead of instant coffee. Same for the breakfast as well, there was no filtered coffee, no crossiant or cream cheese. The products were mostly poor quality. These things might be considered as extra but because of those extra things we choose a five star hotel, huh?
