Amazing place with very professional customer care. Mr. Ismail Moghaddam was more than a friend to us from the moment we arrived till our departure, Every day he was very welcoming and gave us advice on what to do, where to go and how to avoid pitfalls. He spoke English well and was willing to do anything to make us happy without any expectations in return.

Great service, they helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport as well as answered any questions we had. Worth it for the service alone but additionally the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Cannot recommend enough

This is a really cute place. Comfortable and very convenient. They arranged for airport transfers, the breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing kind and professional. The absolute only negative thing i can say is the wifi is not very strong. But i was not there to get online smile...but enjoy Istanbul.

At first there was misunderstanding and I was checked in a small room but when I have raised the issue with the staff I was really amazed how nice they were they have moved into large and a very clean room, I liked their breakfast a lot the location is absolutely spot on restaurants, shops and most of the places I wanted to visit were all in a short walk “excellent” I was very pleased.

Gut, aber die Beschreibung muss angepasst werden
Allgemeiner Zustand OK. Das Zimmer hat keinen Meeresblick, im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung. Es gab auch kein Parkplatz. Aber das Personal war nett und konnte nach Mitternach einchecken.
