Great friendly staff. Hotel is kept in decent condition but has few things falling apart. Also location is a bit isolated so be aware of that. Staff can't do enough to make your stay comfortable thank you.

Overall, my mum’s stay at the hotel was decent, but there were some issues with the reception service. As she doesn’t speak English, she relied on the staff for assistance with finding addresses and making calls. Unfortunately, there were a few instances where miscommunication led to extra taxi fees. While the hotel was comfortable, the reception staff could be more helpful in supporting non-English speaking guests.

Good value and convenient for an overnight stay close to the airport. Stayed in a family room which was spacious but all 3 beds were so noisy. Other than that staff were nice and helpful.
