I recently stayed in room 202 at your hotel, and I would like to share my feedback regarding a few issues I experienced during my stay: There was noticeable dust on the table, and even the water bottles on the surface were dusty. The shower cabin was missing a glass door, making it quite difficult to shower comfortably. My room faced the main street, but unfortunately, the window was not soundproof at all, and a lot of noise from outside could be heard. On a positive note, the room was generally clean, which I appreciated. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of the guest experience in the future. Best regards, Amir

Staff was great! Room service was nice. Food was good. Resturant open late. Room was ok. AC didn’t work. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was in poor shape. Jetted tub, shower, and sink area were not in good condition. Didn’t shower.

Clean hotel. Bring earplugs because walls can be thin (can hear hallway noises a bit) and traffic may be loud. The call to prayer may wake you up too. If you booked a single room, ask for a room with a window. Air-con is slow to work. But otherwise, the hotel is clean, appears new, and the single room is pretty spacious. Staff is very nice. Expect to bring your own luggage into the elevator, but that is to be expected for a smaller, less luxurious hotel. If you didn’t buy for breakfast when you book online, it’s 10€ for breakfast if you pay in-person. Easy to take a taxi from the airport (make sure you have the address handy!!!!). Overall, a great transit hotel for overnight stay. About 15 min away from airport. It should cost about 350-600 Turkish liras to get to hotel from IST using a metered taxi , depending on route and traffic. Make sure your phone navigation is working and the taxi is going in the right direction. My taxi was going in the opposite direction and I corrected him a few minutes into the trip.

This was a great place to stay when catching a flight at the Istanbul Airport....just a quick 15min. Taxi to the airport for a clean and comfortable room for what i thought was a too good to be true price! We traveled with 3 adults and 2 kids and had a family room which was perfect!

The AC was not functional despite changing 4 room in the night. The staff was helpful but not able to do anything. I am not sure what was going on. They must know that there are certain rooms where the AC does not work! In the last room we were in the flush did not work, so we were given access to yet another room for toilet. Will not stay here again and won't recommend it.

Receptionist was not polite and offered to downgrade our room as soon as we arrived. He kept insisting to change the room as to the room I booked saying the original room was making too much noise from the air conditioning as many customers have made complaints. If that's the case why was this issue not been solved already? I asked him why and his facial expression wasn't too happy. He insisted that if I wanted the room I originally booked and his answer was " don't complain the next day"! He acted like he's doing me a favour for changing our room from a noisy room to a less noisy room.He attitude and manner was absolutely very unprofessional.
