We loved that the property was very clean. The room service was done everyday and they were very sweet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Something that I have never seen in any hotel and this hotel has provided is free water bottles and Turkish tea. That gesture is commendable. The washroom is neat and clean too. Loved the experience.

I stay here all the time the Staff and cleanliness is great the only bad thing is no Breakfast Offered. They used to have and it was great and really there are no good breakfast places that are close and the only one down the street is terrible. But I still will stay hoping the owner will reopen the breakfast.

All the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful 24/7. The room was nice and clean with free water. Free tea and coffee is also always available from the staff. Plenty of local amenities with some nice coffee shops and breakfast cafes. Overall fantastic stress free stay :)

This is the second time in a year and a half I have booked this hotel for visiting guests. They are extremely helpful. The location is safe, convenient to dining and public transport. They are one stop from Taksim and 4 from the historic Old City of Istanbul as well as ferries on the Bosphorus. They are always ready to offer tea and coffee when in the lobby. I will continue to use this hotel and the airport transfer for future guests.
