I booked this hotel because of the pool. But the pool opened at 12pm and it was very uncomfortable swimming in the pools as the staff kept telling us to be quiet as people were having messages. Even though we were not even making any noise. We felt like we was not wanted. Some days they opened the pools at 1pm. Which wasted all our morning.

Room was comfortable but you could hear external noise from the street, corridor and other rooms Swiming pool is open only from 12 to 6pm no towels are provided for the pool Very close to public transport and main shopping area Breakfast was good, providing a good variety of foods Staff were mostly friendly Overall is a good stay near Taksim Square

Worst hotel ever!
The worst hotel I've ever been too. The pics are misleading. The manager himself is extremely rude. When we checked in, the hotel room was burning hot. When we turned on the A/C and fan, the noise was so loud, we couldn't hear anything else. On top of that, the air coming out was hot too. When We asked, we were told that it's central system and the heating is on at the moment not the A/C. It was hot outside and they still had the heaters on. My entire family didn't sleep all night. We came downstairs at 3AM to complain again, and we were told that we'll need to talk to the manager. In the meantime, they gave us a pedestal fan, which itself was was loud. In the morning, when we spoke to the manager to complain, he in turn started yelling at us! Basically told us to suck it up or get out. If management is like that, what could the rest of the staff do? This hotel included breakfast, and it was horrible too. Food looked like it was days old. To top it all off, I saw twice, they were allowing guests to bring in prostitutes. PROSTITUTES! What kind of hotel is this????? Never again! Stay away if you can. The pictures are staged, the rooms are not as they're shown. Only fools would stay here. If I can give 0 stars or 0 rating to any hotel, this would be it!

Ok first the hotel was clean.props to that.however the bathroom was too small and when we went to use the pool at 6:15 we were told it was close.not much selection in the breakfast area.

I will not advice any of my friend for this hotel.
Everything is ok expected the guest's services was unexpected from the hotel as 1) internet was bad not strong. 2) they not supply the supplement everyday free bottle of water , they are asking for a payment. 3) tea & coffee back they refuse to supply every day they want to charge for it !!!! All hotel 3 star in Istanbul they gives free. 4) in breakfast only 1 type of tea no tea back available & if I asked them to have omelets the want to change money extra. 5) the breakfast is very normal as 2 or 3 star hotel's not as 4.8 star . I really was shocked for what i pay.
