The best hotel I have ever stayed at! The location is perfect to all the sights you want to see, dining, and shopping! The staff is incredible, so friendly, and helpful. The hotel is a GEM. It’s beautiful, the bath products smell great, the rooms are comfy, breakfast buffet is amazing and has an incredible view. I can’t wait to be back again!

First night, I was booked to another hotel. They reasoned that o e of their guests which was supposed to be my room did not check out due to some sickness. I was upgraded the following day though which was great. The next few nights was ok except for the last night. There was a water outage until the morning. The staff apologized for the inconvenience and they tried their best to find me a way to have a shower before I left for the airport. Good thing the basement where the Sauna and steam room still have warm water supply. The staff were great and the location is actually great! The breakfast roof top view is just majestic. I would still book with them despite the hiccups.

Lovely hotel in a good location
The room was well equipped with tea, coffee, water and toiletries, but surprisingly small for an upgrade from deluxe. Pleasant balcony and good breakfast.

The reception was very helpful and friendly. The tours were nice, but the food on the ferry wasn’t the best. The Hotel overall was amazing.This place has the best location within walking distance for all the sites and attractions. Very convenient location for the tram and nearby shops. The hotel breakfast is decent and it has a great view from the rooftop. Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to experience the Spa because of time. This hotel is a great choice to stay in Istanbul. Everything is very safe and secure. Would recommend and would return if able in the future. -Sonia

A great location makes this hotel worth every penny. Room was spacious and very clean, even though some of the decor and bathroom was a little dated. Fabulous views from rooftop restaurant both day and night. Helpful staff on front desk and the lady who cleaned our rooms was just a delight, even though she spoke not one word of English. Thoroughly recommend.

Hotel Stay experience!!!
This hotel needs remodeling from inside. The rooms needs face uplift. Bathroom, sink and shower drains were every day was extremely slow drain. Not mentioning mosquito which I complain every day to the front desk. Nothing happen. Had to go to another hotel which was just $30 expensive but it was a real hotel with all amenities and extremely clean and professional. Also not to mention I arranged for airport pickup and waited for almost an hour and then had to take a taxi to the hotel myself

Amazing and very friendly staff - went above and beyond for me and my family during our family trip in October 2024. Property on itself is older with very modestly equipped rooms. Not the best fit for travellers who are looking for higher level of comfort and better equipped rooms. The breakfast at the terrace restaurant was amazing with stunning views. Location is great. Hotel staff was wonderful!

A decent hotel in a good area near several landmarks! My only concern is that the room, does not properly fit 4 people as advertised (the beds were just stacked next to each other), but the amenities and staff are all good otherwise.
