Overall you get what you pay. Nice hotel, but don't book their airport shuttle through WhatsApp. When i booked, i mentioned that i have lots of luggages and i need a big van (even though we were 4). However, upon exiting the airport they started to play the tricks, almost forced me to take 2 SUVs (so that i have to pay double). After fighting about an hour, they sent a big van. The H and B guys at the taxi stand are all greedy people, be careful

Very nice hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. I highly recommend if you’re looking to relax and be near the airport. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you. I highly recommend it. The internet was also good. They are willing to keep your luggage if you want to go for tour after checkout.

I booked this hotel for the night before I left Istanbul because my flight left so early in the morning. It was perfect. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. I would rate this hotel a 10 stars if I could - their front desk staff rescued me from my taxi driver, who was holding my luggage hostage in the trunk and trying to force me to pay extra for him to open it and give me my luggage. Then they gave me tea in the lobby while I calmed down. Thank you Great Airport Hotel!!

Staff was great to help. They accommodated me well. They have to and from shuttle bus service which is nice. There might be a long line for that so it will be better to go out and stand for 5-7 minutes prior to the shuttle time. It runs every 20 minutes most of the day. Wifi was not available in the rooms due to some maintenance issue during my stay. Overall ok hotel.

so i stayed for just 4 hrs to rest while waiting for my flight but their internet is down and they cant see my reservation. i showed expedia reservation & they took a photo of my passport and let me in at 12 pm. 4 hrs later their internet is still down. i just left by then

We booked for 10 days. The room was in decent condition. The sound of planes flying right under and of the mosque nearby is almost absent. There is 24/7 free tea/coffee in the lobby. However, a huge drawback is that you have to practically beg for cleaning, and if you are in the room when the cleaner arrives, it is bad for you, and nothing will be cleaned that day. They promised to clear once every two days but appeared once every three days. So as we were working from home the cleaning was done only once in ten days and never in our absence though we were out sometimes and it was possible to clean while we were away.
